Returns & Exchanges:
With our collections being limited there are absolutely no returns or exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Should you receive the wrong item(s) or if the item appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of the original purchase at orders@kuumele.com and include an attachment of your receipt of purchase along with a photo of the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We're so sorry to hear this; please contact your local mail carrier and file a lost/stolen package claim using your tracking number. If you have lost or misplaced your tracking number, please email us at orders@kuumele.com and we will resend your tracking number.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed within 5 business days. This does not include shipping transit times.
